What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF. If you only have a sketch or rough dimensions, send those — we can work from hand drawings too.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. We regularly machine single prototypes and one-off parts. Larger quantities attract better pricing per piece.
How quickly can you turn around a quote?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Complex jobs requiring detailed programming estimates may take up to 48 hours.
Do you deliver outside Pretoria?
Yes. We deliver across Gauteng and can arrange nationwide courier for clients further afield. Delivery costs are quoted separately.
Can you work from a sample part?
Yes — bring in or courier your sample and we can reverse-engineer and machine a replacement or improved version.
Do you supply material certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates are available for all materials on request and are included as standard for defence and aerospace jobs.
